Turned in my tokens to Saint so I could get my trials engrams; the engram would make the sound of being picked up but wouldn't actually receive. Took my tokens and ranked up anyway, closed the menu and opened it back up, could no longer claim rewards. Fireteam was able to pick up their engrams, just not me. Also, token icon looks like a trials of the Nine token.
