I don’t want solstice tied to pve Bungie I really don’t want to do strikes or patrols. See how silly that sounds?

You don't become a hero because you can stomp another Guardian, you become a hero by standing the line against the foes to the human race...which is only in PvE.

Strikes are different, because you could complete it objective in just one or two runs. Getting to Legend, will take weeks. Not to mention if you are doing the other armor, you dont have time to focus on non stop Cruicible runs.

Played like 12 banner matches, and already about halfway there. Not that bad for a 3 week event.

Even without increased valor gains, it won’t take that much.

Sure, for you perhaps. Or for people who live, sweat, and breathe PvP for some odd reason. For others who don't fair so well, it'll be rough. Sure, it's not [i]forced[/i] upon people to do. But they still miss out on something sort of cool. Just sort of wish PvP people would stop sneering at PvE only players. And the reverse. But I see more of the former.

But I see more of the former.[/quote] I play all content, so it’s not one side or the other. It’s playing all of the game during events meant to focus on all of the game.
