It happens twice for me both times its like no one can see me but I can't damage them either and I think I'm going to get boosted for bad connection but it never happens it usually happens around the half way mark like I'm doing so much the game says no Get a 7 collom and the game puts me in a time out

Usually don't encounter teleporting/rubberbanding players but yesterday had a match where one guy was bouncing and twitching back and forth like his machine was processed and in need of an exorcist. Terrible.
