The reason why that [b][i][u]scout rifle[/u][/i][/b] isn't that great is the same reason why Last Word isn't great. It's only good on PC and only decent on console. Most weapon complaints stem from PC players and us console players have a whole different set of issues when it comes to weapon balance. What's "overpowered " on PC is barely above average on console. Furthermore bungie is one of the most inept companies when it comes to balancing because they refuse to do the shit separately so if you nerf something because of PC, then you fuk console. Also the maps are trash for scout rifles because they are too small. Dead man's tale is not "overpowered".
