Yea, you are just making assumptions and guesses. All i did was come here to call you out for saying it was made to be working as intended. Its clear you said that because you assume there to be a UI glitch on the boots and assume it said 8 somewhere for some reason. That was a change log you quoted, like when they say how much % they change a weapons damage by. So unless we have had a “UI Bug” for the last 4 years you may want to edit the post.
