Good Afternoon Everyone, I am now going on about two months of Destiny, and every single weekend XUR visits, I can't obtain the exotic cipher quest to get something from the vault. I was under the impression before that if you deleted the quest, you could pick it up and continue it on another character. Well after I had done this on every single character, the quest is no longer available from XUR on any weekend. I made a post about this two seasons ago and a Bungie Help member said it was a problem they knew about and were working on fixing, and here I am almost two seasons later, and still can't get an exotic cipher. The only luck I have is the one I get through the season pass, once an entire season. Is there any actual update on when this issue is going to be fixed? Any info would be greatly appreciated since this is my favorite game to play, and it's unfortunate that I can't try out past exotics because I physically can't obtain them. Thanks!
