Unobtainable Exotic Cipher Quest
I was holding onto an exotic cipher quest a couple of weeks ago and realized I wouldn't have enough time to finish it before the weekly reset. I thought the quest would disappear from my log if I didn't complete it in time so I abandoned it just to get it over with. Since then, I've never been able to pick the quest up again. What can I do?

3 通の返信HI there. If you've abandoned the quest, you must pick it up from Xur with a different character, complete the quest, and turn it in within the same weekend to get a Cipher. You'll then be able to pick up the quest from Xur on the previous character the following week.
