Seriously transmog in Destiny is literally worst system of this kind i've ever witnessed. Why do you want me to run somewhere and back to tower 15 times to get an armor i already unlocked jesus christ

1 返信World of Warcraft, for all it’s faults, flaws, and other problems, had a far superior transmog system. Got a piece of armor or a weapon? Congratulations, it’s now a part of your transmog vault, ready to be used as many times as you want! Not Bungle, oh no. They have to slap a dollar sign on everything before you can even have a sample taste.

3 通の返信If you'd been around since the early days of D1, you'd know that Bungie has one guiding principle that will never change. "Slow them down." It has ever, and will always be thus.

AC Odyssey: step 1) choose armor piece you want to change. step 2) choose what you want it to look like. step 3) profit. Destiny 2: step 1) kill enemies to get material 1. Unclear how many of material 1 you will need to buy bounties in step 2 so better get as much as you can hold. step 2) go to Ada-1 and use material 1 to buy bounties. Also, you can only do these 1 at a time. step 3) complete bounties to get material 2. step 4) go back to Ada-1, use material 2 to buy material 3. step 5) go to another thing in the tower that is not Ada-1 and use material 3 to change any armor piece you've unlocked into an ornament. step 6) profit? except no, because you're limited to how many pieces you can transmog each season... hopefully you don't transmog the wrong thing by accident... ... step 7) If you've transmogrified the wrong piece of gear by accident, repeat steps 1-5. Something seems different between these games, I just can't figure out what it is.

michaelにより編集済み: 5/9/2021 10:12:14 PMUmbral engrams are also awful, you get one pretty much every single time you complete an activity and to decode them you have to go to a social place with the singular purpose of decoding umbral engrams. Then you have to focus them and the UI is super clunky, etc etc. You end up being better off just dismantling them but you get so many of them that this is annoying to deal with every game. Blues and trash legendaries dropping NON STOP is also very obnoxious, having to delete 8 useless items every time you beat an activity gets old super fast. I have just stopped caring, my umbrals and primes and blues constantly overflow my postmaster, nothing you can get from them anyway

44 通の返信I went back to The Division 2 after a few months and didn't know they added a "transmog" system. You just pick the way you want your equipped item to look like from a list of all the items you've already unlocked, easy. THAT is how it should be, not this grinding crap Bungies is making us do.

8 通の返信TheShadowにより編集済み: 5/8/2021 2:33:40 AMNo, wasting a player's time doing stupid things is Bungie's greatest talent. If they aren't going to be creating new content as they should have been doing this whole time like new PvP maps, Gambit maps, etc... This is what you get from one of the best AAA gaming companies out today 👍

BC1 Edgeにより編集済み: 5/8/2021 8:32:16 AMBungie: make it as ridiculous as possible so people go “I can’t be bothered I’ll just buy it” and for those that can be bothered limit it to two per season. Stupid and shows bungie is just a money hungry business that doesn’t give a rats about it’s loyal base

2 通の返信It’s not complicated, if you cut through the bullshit you always end up at eververse.

1 返信The "Step 1" that was presented wasn't even a step, it's just a passive material collection that drops from enemies you kill normally, alongside Glimmer, loot, or the expansion/event currencies (like Herealways Pieces or Laurels). So really, the process is more like: 1. Complete bounties (purchased with Synthstrand dropped by defeated enemies) to earn Synthcord. 2. Convert Synthcord at the Loom in the Tower into Synthweave, used to unlocked armor appearance (Legendary quality or lower) from Collections into a Universal Armor Ornament.

2 通の返信first its to make up for the lack of content. second to get more cash from players its why stat drops are always low with poor RNG drop rate. Bungie are EA in a different form. They have no interested these days of making a game to its full. only enough to frustrate players to milk more money. Players you can do what you like spend your money where you like. But if you stop buying silver and only log in a few times a week. This would have a ripple effect on Bungie
