A lot of people don't like that transmog is limited in scope unless you pay. Bungie see exactly how this is and knows that people are going to complain BUT here is the thing. Not enough people care to make a difference. Unless a large amount of people stop giving bungie money this will not change. I didn't play D2 for the longest time because of the micro transactions, I didn't buy so many games because of it, thinking if I voted with my wallet things would change.
Battlefront 2 showed me that no matter what I did, or who I spoke to, no one actually cared about it, they just want their game. I caved to the idea that microtransactions are just a part of games now, I started playing destiny 2 because I wanted the fun of raiding more than I cared about fighting microtransactions. This is the hard truth about gaming, unless you are willing to cut off all support of the game, your voice will be ignored about transmog.

ghostx78xにより編集済み: 5/1/2021 11:45:48 AMIt has convinced me to no longer pay for content. They want to put mtx in every little aspect of the game like a free to play mobile game AFTER I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years on pre- orders and season passes. Now I see just how bad this company has become. Charging me to unlock armor pieces that I ALREADY paid for and earned in previous DLC’s. On top of vaulting content- I’m sure will be sold back in the future. It’s time to go free to play since that’s where we are. I will gladly spend my money on other games when witch queen comes out and finish this Destiny story for free over the next couple years. Cant wait until it’s over tbh because this company that used to be held in the highest esteem is now just gross, and there’s already enough gross companies in the world.

That's the problem with us gamers; we're unwilling to make the necessary sacrifice in order to get the change we want and need. We want to have our cake and eat it too, and that ends up meaning that we won't give up the game to punish the company. By this point Destiny is a joke and Bungie's name is mud, but that all disappears in a flash the second we get an expac announcement or a super flashy reveal trailer for the next season.

2 通の返信As per title I dont give a shit about anything that involves this repetitive, depressing, time wasting game

2 通の返信Does anyone know if we're going to lose the ornaments that we have already bought, that we have from before?

1 返信Also, we need to make them not increase shader cost to 300 bright dust; that's just evil.
-
2 通の返信I'm just not gonna spend any money on this. I want like 2 armor sets for each of my characters and that's it. If I want more I'll just wait. Like I get why everyone's mad but honestly if you're that pissed don't support it. If you cave and fall for this it's your fault. I mean like honestly everyone wanted it this bad but I don't see why. Everyone will literally wear the sets a few times but will move on to something else eventually so all the pissing and moaning is literally unnecessary.
-
1 返信Why would I care? I could count like maybe 4 pieces of Armor I would want as ordements. Only the insane would want every piece of armor as ordements and to clutter the new ordement/shader screen with them all. Plus it's pointless to be upset over a system that hasn't been put in the game yet

I’m going to pretend it doesn’t exist. I’m not paying for any transmog and certainly not their new multiplayer game. They cannot make their current PVP a balanced healthy mode why would we pay for another one they create?
-
3 通の返信I could care less about transmog, I would rather bungie focus their limited assets into fixing and improving the game. we still have core game issues that desperately need addressing, and nothing but crickets from bungie. 🤷♂️🤷♂️

1 返信I just feel there’s a lot more important things that need to happen. Someone must agree with me and yeah majority probably don’t care.
-
1 返信I could give a flying bleep what my character looks like. Major problem with this game. People care more about how cool they look than what guns and gear we have. Go play Roblox or whatever if that’s your thing. Pretty pathetic for a FPS. I don’t even spend my bright dust because I could care less. I play mm strikes with people that have this and that and titles and glow or whatever, but they have garbage Loadouts and can’t stun a champion..
gtfoh with that bullshit. It’s like junior high school.
The truth is most people are going to transmog the 2 maybe 3 sets they like the most and then not bother with the system. If Bungie steps their game up and releases better looking (non eververse) sets then maybe it will be a bigger deal.
-
3 通の返信Honestly - who needs it anyway? I have one set of ornaments I use for every armor. Don't need more. Don't need transmog. And for sure won't pay money for a look that won't provide any benefits in game. Bottom line I see no reason why I needed another dozen or how many so ever ornaments on top of what I have already. Favourite means one, maybe two or three but neither dozens nor all. Even though I sense the concerns and emotions I suggest rather waiting for implementation before complaining non stop.
-
2 通の返信I care I threw out my disc and uninstalled the game and then went and spent $600 on Black Desert - because at least that game doesn’t lie to me and pretend to be something it’s not. I’d literally rather set my money on fire than give it to Bungie at this point

4 通の返信There were posts on here not long ago with over 1k upvotes explicitly stating why transmog in it’s current form is a bad idea. It even got coverage from some content creators well removed from the Destiny community. It’s not some hidden issue. In fact, if my memory serves me right, this generated a greater uproar than sunsetting when it was first announced.
-
6 通の返信It all comes down to how many people pay money for more transmog material. If they do, then Bungie is validated. If they don’t, then it’s another message to Bungie that charging for this kind of stuff isn’t the way to go.
-
14 通の返信Finally, someone listened to me somehow- even if you didn't read my stuff. Things won't change unless 300-500k people decide to simultaneously stop playing till bungie caters exactly what we want. Till then they will only do as they please and we log in agreeing to be treated this way via terms of use and license.
