You don't own the game or the shaders or the glows or whatever. You don't own your sparrow, your weapons or the raid you're doing--they do. You've paid for the service of the game and Bungie is just letting you use their stuff. They reserve the right to alter or outright take away anything that's related to Destiny and there isn't much you can do. Not that I agree with the recent shenanigans but I wouldn't hold your breath for that refund.

ITs like an amusement park, you pay entry to go in, you ride the rides andmaybe play some games. some things you pay for and others are included however, if the ride is closed or removed you don't get to ride it.. Nothing is yours and if you are told to get out.. you get out.

In your example, you couldn’t ride the ride at all. It was broken. IF you went there to experience that ride, I mean Glows were sold under false pretenses is his point. He didn’t buy a ticket to ride it once and never again. Only found out about AFTER the fact. Which is a scumbag move, any way you cut it But I have to ask, how would it affect you personally? If they did that I mean. Refunded his BD
