I have money lmao, but a customers right to demand a refund for a product that no longer works isn't something to be looked down upon. If these glows worked and people wanted their dust back then its on them for buying it. If you buy something because it is advertised as special because of a glow, and it doesn't glow, then I think you should be allowed to at least be frustrated at that fact no?

Not everything sold is subject to refunds, especially games that are operated as a live service, where it is constantly being updated and things added/taken away, and again you dont own live service games, just a licence to play them, therefore you can't refund it, and no game in the history of games with an in game currency allows you to refund that currency
-
The point is, it’s a basic fundamental principle of customer service, regardless of the medium. You screw over customers, they don’t spend money in the future. This isn’t hard to grasp. And considering this game IS an ONGOING LIVE-SERVICE, they should be doing everything possible to keep paying customers coming back to spend more money. So your point makes even less sense in context And if you want to use TOS as a scapegoat like their “employees”, it also states that in-game currency has no real-world monetary value. Which means it doesn’t COST Bungo ANYTHING to oblige the request. All economies are built and dependent on “confidence” in the system. Ppl won’t spend real money on an item in game if they have no confidence it’ll be there tomorrow How do people really not get this kinda stuff?

In game currency has no real world value because you cant use that currency to buy something outside the game 4head, refunds for everything is not a fundamental principle, especially for In game currency such as silver, silver dust, cod points, etc. Irregardless of what you want, you won't get a refund for it, wether you understand the ToS or not.

Wow lol, from a dude asking for his BD back to a “refund for everything”, huh? So you just keep upping your pedantry to defend a greedy company for...what reason exactly? I’m giving you examples of the real world here. Like the cost of doing business. I didn’t realize you had such limited experience. That ones on me

Who said anything about entitlement? And you still haven’t addressed any of my questions. And nobody told him no, at least as far as this forum is concerned. So what exactly are you defending here? What are you trying to justify? Are you being intentionally confrontational and obtuse in a misplaced effort to seem like you have any idea you know what you’re talking about? Because that ship sailed a while ago Tel you what. In an effort to end this asinine little exchange, you’re right. I’m wrong. Now you can save face and keep on strutting like the little peacock you are. But regardless of whatever goal you’re trying to accomplish with all this false machismo, absolutely nobody will ever find these depths of fragility attractive I’m out✌🏻
