Can't get an exotic cipher???
I abandoned my exotic cipher quest to make room for my lament quest. once i finished my lament quest i headed back to the tower to the quest archive to retrieve my abandoned exotic cipher quest. But it wasn't their. so i headed to xur thinking it would be their. IT WASN"T THERE EITHER. Is this normal and is there a way to get the quest back?
