I never thought I would see the day where Bungie turns into Activision
This company used to be wholesome. All they cared about was the player experience. They simply wanted to make people happy. Then Halo: Reach concluded and they moved onto Destiny. What could have been incredible was presumably ruined by Activision. Years later of pain and suffering they break from Activision and we get a pretty meh expansion in the form of Shadowkeep. But without Activision we all thought the road ahead would be a road full of roses.
Now we finally have transmog and what is it? Bungie just trying to make a quick buck of its players. They don't care that people wanted it for a long time. They simply added because they know it will sell. People will pay real life money on silver to buy synthweave or whatever. Why? Because they both capped it to 10 and decided to make it one long bounty grind for, you guessed it, content we had before. They took our old armor sets allowed us to ornament them and then charged us money for it.
I want the old Bungie back. They cared about us. They cared about the community.
Bungie is turning into Activision.

1 返信The problem is d2 was a good game 1s but then all createdif control was gives back over to Luke Smith Who wanted to remake the destiny fransis in his image he had no respect for the destiny community and no care for How unhappy he makes people he charged a fun game that was about the people Who play not its createors and that you wanted to play all the time in to a game that was all about what its derctor wanted and all you can do is grand all Luke Smith careed about was his vison he wanted d2 to be more like fortnight if 50% of what Luke Smith spent on makeing stuff for the in game shop to sell had ben useed to make playable contact like missions riads and loot the game wood be a lot better then it is last year Luke Smith used 18k$ makeing stuff for the in game shop 20k if you add the stuff form the garden games and Xmas actives that wood have got us 1 campaign and 2 new riads every session of lass year with a bit lift to bring back srl and facin rall

You really didn't see this coming? I had to stop playing because of the eververse bullcrap. The second they didn't start releasing eververse gear as armor drops I knew what was coming. They got a taste of easy monetization, and figured out they didn't need to release more than 1 or 2 armor sets at most and they could keep the rest for sale for real money 🤑. They'll never change, everybody who cared is gone or leaving. This is the true Bungie, everything that everybody blamed on activision could've been gone immediately, but that's not what they want. The only reason they care if you have fun, is because you keep playing the game, but it can't be too fun or you might not opt to skip the grind for whatever cosmetic you got your eye on by spending your money.

Destiny Bungie is almost a completely different team from the one that created Halo and Marathon. Halo Bungie was for the players. Putting out polls for feedback prior to updates and changes, proof testing their work, putting a good balance of paid content for quality, spoke to the community on a regular basis keeping us in the loop and so much more. Most of these guys went to work for 343i or other dev teams. Destiny Bungie is full of overly politically correct individuals that claim they want to fight for equality but screw over a loyal fan base in the name of raw profit margins like some greedy politician. All I ever see is reskinned content that we paid for in the last game, we pay for it again and then they delete it again. Theres zero connection with the fanbase and they aren't at all committed to Destiny's future as a franchise. Their management is the biggest scare though....I'm now convinced they are on a feed of 24-7 mushrooms because their decisions do not make any sense at all no matter which you look at them. Its like they only care about money?

I did. My old posts are proof. When people were celebrating the split from activision, i was calling Bungie out already. Bungie on its own is way worse than with activsion and Activision already is terrible. No good happened to the game ever since the split.

If not you should know better. Same idiots: how’s about you just wait and see. Instead of complaining before you see it. Me:....You poor souls I love the devs at bungie. I don’t blame them for any of these terrible decisions that completely pushed me away from the game.

3 通の返信Speak for yourself. Leave the 'we's' out of it. I've understood what bungie is for years now. To me you sound extremely naive comparing bungie to Activision. In recent years Activision gets a bad rap... They set goals (aggressive)and meet or exceed them. Bungie has NEVER done that with DESTINY! Never. It's all retrograde around here.

1 返信Activision left and the Problems increased and content disappeared. The game has more micro transactions and less content from the minute Activision left Bungie are poor greedy games producers more like EA or Ubisoft

2 通の返信The best year of the entire Destiny franchise we had was Year 2 of Destiny 2. The last thing Activision had a hand in making before their contract ran out.
