The tracking works with the shards when it wants to. The speed of the shards is on par with a turtle. Why are warlocks always nerfed into the ground? Just went into a group of 4 and missed all 4 of my shots. The shards can be easily dodged. It's such a joke.
Revenant hunter, you can be meters away from where the shot lands and you're screwed. Titan super tracks and gives them range like no other. Warlocks is just pure garbage.
I hate the fact that stasis was introduced in PvP and the nerfs didn't do much to stop what everyone hated, the freezing. I cant beat em, so I join them, but the super is so trash I'm back to chaos reach.
Balance your game, Bungie.
EDIT: Video posted for reference. Tell me more about this "aggressive tracking." It's on par with penumbral blast.

4 通の返信They aren’t tracking because you aren’t even aiming at them. I’ve seen the blasts do a 45 degree rotation to hit someone. So no, the problem is you

I'm a warlock main. And I agree the tracking sucks at close quarters. But your aim was really off. Here is a tip. Calm down on pressing both buttons. Wait till you know he is frozen before using shatter move. And actual aim the dam thing.

4 通の返信an Ape with a d2 addictionにより編集済み: 4/19/2021 10:54:09 AMIn the clip you aimed basically every shot either under or behind the targets. You need to be more on point / slightly leading the target's momentum direction with your crosshair when you shoot while accounting for the projectile's initial heading and travel time when you do. That's when the tracking then works as intended and it is strong. You're basically aiming it wrong and complaining it doesnt work. Also shadebinder's super's one of the best supers for shutting down anything that's pushing you. That's where it excels. It's very good as a counter pop to enemy roaming supers.

Moof Juiceにより編集済み: 4/19/2021 2:17:29 PMPeople really want their roaming supers to be so free that they can just blindly spam and get Multis Seriously. Hammer of sol for example would have maybe hit shot #3 there but none of the rest And hammer of sol doesn’t insta yeet supers like wraith does

To be honest, I watched the video and I get the frustration but it's fine. Stasis supers are among the balanced pieces of stasis and changes to them could tip that quickly. Shadebinder is equal to or in some cases excels, passed most other supers. I know you probably do not want to hear anecdotal evidence but all of yesterday I was playing with my brother and he was annihilating with his super. Sure his melee and such are really good too but it isn't bad by any means. Sure Titan super is frustrating and may need a slight tone down but, for a super, it's generally equal to what you would hope or expect from it. The only change for Revenant is that it should be more clear who is getting frozen from the first sickle... and that's about it. And the tornado should either die out if the hunter dies or be able to be destroyed. If not either of those options then BUFF TETHER BUNGIE...

1 返信You can not expect to aim it that badly and get kills. Im sorry but it gets to a point where it can't be helped.

2 通の返信I think positioning is very important with this super. If you have the high ground and your target is farther away your bolts will almost always hit because their tracking doesn't start immediately. Try to keep your distance from your targets. Also... I think the players in that clip were extremely lucky to survive, they just happened to move in the right direction at the exact right time. 90% of the time they would have died. Finally, try to aim above the target's body if you have the high ground, not the ground even if it has splash damage, so it's harder for them to dodge.

12 通の返信You're going to need more aggressive tracking than Truth to hit someone with that aim

8 通の返信You do have to have a little aim with those bolt. Half of them you just yeeted into the ground.

6 通の返信I think you just might not be good at using the super. It recently got buffed. The tracking is quite strong and you don’t even have to hit the opponent directly due to the AoE of the projectiles. Not to mention that it’s basically a roaming shutdown super. Also, the only nerf the super got was a duration nerf from 30s to 25s. Meaning if you’re struggling to get kills with Winter’s Wrath, it’s not because of any nerfs to the super. It if the strongest super? No. That being said it’s definitely not weak.

7 通の返信Practice more with it and see how well it works. It really is good in PvP but you have to figure it out.
