6 Months and bungie literally is still not able to fix this issue. After the recent updates I'm not even able to get halfway stable 60fps with 20.4.2 anymore. You make it worse, not better. Revert the lighting back to pre-Beyond Light as a temporary fix/make it an option in the setting menu.
