Over 3 months after its release I still have 0 Hawkmoon, no Warden seal and no access to Harbinger. Please help me gain Bungies attention so that this issue can be resolved.
I have reported a bug to Bungie help on this forum, the week the initial quest for Hawkmoon was dropped. I got up to the quest Let Loose Thy Talons Step 6/10, which takes you into the EDZ taken reservoir hidden behind the back door entrance in one of the buildings in Trostland Patrol.
After picking up all the feathers and killing all the taken enemies I could find anywhere nothing happened and I was not shown where to go to proceed or anything. So I figured it was just a bug or something, abandoned the quest and reobtained it from the tower kiosk. It put myself right back on step 6/10 but now the paracausal feather counter was back to 0. No biggie, I thought, I’ll just go over there again and pick them right back up and proceed. Ever since then none of the feathers have ever respawned for me, leaving me once again with the option to take out the Taken infestation, but once again with no further proceeding into step 7/10.
It does not matter on which character I abandon/repick the quest back up, all of them start right off at step 6/10 with 0 feather count and no actual feathers to be picked up when checking their locations in the EDZ reservoir, even referencing a YouTube video for their locations so I’m 100% sure where they should be. I even went as far as walking my younger brother through all the steps being in a fireteam together and standing side by side with him while he was picking up the EDZ reservoir feathers, when we were done killing all the Taken he got right onto step 7, meanwhile my feather count is still at 0/5.
The fact that even after Bungie acknowledged this glitch on my initial post hasn’t even bothered to fix this, making me unable to access content I already paid for (in preordered Deluxe), also losing out on all my random rolled Hawkmoon every week that goes by that this does not get fixed. Thing is, I don’t even care about the Hawkmoon itself too much, I just want to be able to access the unique Harbinger mission and be able to complete the Warden seal, which I had completed all the non time-gated triumphs for 3 weeks into season of the hunt. Most of those triumphs not even remotely fun and forcing me to grind kills with weapons I don’t like, but that’s not my issue, I want Bungie to respect my time invested in their game and have access to content that should have been available to me 3 months ago.
Dear BungieHELP, PLEASE HELP ME AND FIX THIS GLITCH, so I can finally move on from that headache.

You need to tell Bungie how OP you are at pwning n00bs without Hawkmoon. How you now have a million hit points and infinite charisma. How every hour not having it dumps 1000 Silver into your account automatically that you are about to share with other guardians. How you are the most broken guardian and obtaining Hawkmoon would be the opposite of fun. It's negative fun! They'll fix it on a wednesday afternoon with another sword nerf for good measure.

1 返信Bungie's don't care about our problems at all. I imagine there are many more. Many people are in trouble because of the language barrier. So I have no choice but to use VPN to login to Bungie's official website

What it doesn't say is that only kills with the burn damage the weapon doesn't even imply it has is what progresses the catalyst, not the explosion the perk specifically says it causes. That would be like the Thorn catalyst demanding "kills", but doesn't tell you only kills with the buff and 5 stacks of the poison count on top of the poison actually needing to be what gets the kill, or Queenbreaker demanding "kills", but doesn't tell you only kills against enemies blinded by it count. They've taken stupidly long times to fix bugs and glitches that negatively affect gameplay, and shown clear cases of favoritism like with the bugged Lord of Wolves that dominated PVP for over a month or two, but disabled Telesto, Jotunn, Rose, and Witherhoard within a day or two. Yet, glitches no one is complaining about like the 12 man groups were fixed in under a month when other devs like 343 Ind. and Bethesda would've likely made them features or at least let us have fun with them for a while longer. Or how about how long it took to fix Eyes of Tomorrow and how a simple damage buff to the weapon would've basically counted as a fix to the boss damage issue until that was fixed? Let that give you an idea of where their priorities lie.

1 返信If you play with someone who has not done the quest yet the feathers should be there for you to pick up again. Also try using a different character.

5 通の返信I’ve had almost the same issue. I went into the reservoir while on step 6/10. I picked up 3 feathers on my hunter and then something came up and I had to get off. When I got back on I went to my warlock, who did not have the quest at the time, and picked up the last 2 feathers. When I went back to the kiosk, I had 3/5 feathers only. I went back to the reservoir thinking okay, the last two might just still be there then. But nope, no feathers. I tried it with all 3 characters with the quest, abandoned the quest and picked it back up, and nothing. It’s frustrating because what op has said, no hawk moon, no harbringer, and no warden seal.
