So do a million other weapons and abilities. The only thing that really matters is end game viability. And lament is rarely used in master or higher activities. They probably see people are still not using rockets like they want and still gravitate to the holy trinity of lament xeno and anarchy. At least give rockets two in the mag.

Buffing the damage only makes the MISS due to teleporting hurt more.

ACROCANTHUSにより編集済み: 4/10/2021 10:25:51 PMNo they're not. They're a boss not a DPS check Remember in d1 were bosses took a few minutes at least and the beginning of d2 where they took 5 or 10 minutes. They're not meant to be killed in 2 seconds.

Would you want blue rewards for a boss that takes a few minutes to beat? And weapons in D2 being generally more powerful is another problem entirely, since it affects all weapons in general and not just Lament.

Where does it say they're supposed to be short and casual. If the boss is supposed to be a 2 second melt, why do 3 waves of ads spawn throughout the fight, why does Zahn travel to his platforms. Strike bosses are not intended to be melted down that fast. That is why bosses like the fanatic exist.
-
Simply because the Arms Dealer strike was originally a story mission in the Red War and was supposed to be long enough. The fanatic strike was a mistake from Bungie because it was just way too long, in fact it has so many adds spawning that Bungie made them not count for bounties because it would be too easy to farm. The community already told bungie that long strikes are generally bad. Most strikes are short and casual because it literally says 1100 recommended power level. If you want higher tier non casual strikes then nightfalls exist, and that's where Lament loses it's glamour.

Take the three strikes we got this season Big shank, goes invincible Big servitor, goes invincible Big centurion, goes invincible They obviously do not want strike bosses instakilled. Just because a boss takes 6 minutes doesn't mean the activity isn't casual.
