I’ve seen a few mentions of this on reddit but can’t seem to find any mention of official acknowledgment. During the hexahedron encounter in prophecy the elevator will frequently fail to teleport players to the next level. This happens very frequently and in my testing occurred roughly every 4 out of 5 times. This obviously leads to solo flawless runs being next to impossible just due to the shear likelihood of the bug preventing progression and forcing a reset. Just wanted to raise awareness of this bug.
