Xur won’t accept or acknowledge my Exotic Cipher anymore, the only place is Monument to Lost Lights, but I don’t want to use that method... I had a Quest for Xur, completed it, the final step is to “speak with Xur”. I’ve gone to speak with him, but nothing happens... I bought the Warlock gauntlets to see if that changes anything, no... Restarted the game, no... Now the Quest is stuck on “speak with Xur” and I’ve got an Exotic Cipher I can’t redeem. Please help...
