Playing on PC. Occasionally happens after banking motes and changing to another room in the encounter, can sometimes be avoided by walking into the beam instead of jumping into it. The person teleported into the inactive room (in this case FishyJelly) can commit seppuku and the person in the active room can revive them. Hoping this gets noticed because it happens a lil too much.
