This specific buff will make this guns more usefull in game. It can be something more interesting, then basic 7 seraph mechanic, for example new polaris perk: "no limit for perfection" : If all 4 shots were presition(quick chain) , solar shot would explose immediately, deal more damage and create warmind sell, if it was finishing shot (this part should not work in pvp in my opinion). I have no idea for simulant perk, but both weapons are really associated with Rasputin, Sleeper and Polaris, have Seraphit cores like ikelos weaponry, and they should have warmind sells mechanics.
