I ran prophecy with an LFG group without dying, and I didnt get the triumph or sparrow. I was wondering if this was a glitch or bug? You can check for yourself on my profile it says 0 deaths. It was from start to finish...no cheese, no checkpoints. Edit: I just saw Bungie posted about it being a bug. Nevermind.
