Hey guys, Was hoping someone on here might be able to help or point me in the right direction. I'm currently temporarily restricted for 2 months from matchmaking with other players due to being reported for my bad connection. Today I fixed my internet connection by having my ISP come out and install new lines and a new router, which has increased my Down speed 8 fold and my Up speed 20 fold. I then filled out a request form to ask for the restriction to reviewed and possibly lifted, fifth-teen minutes later I was given what seemed to be an automated response saying that my ticket had been closed due to multiple appeals (I had appealed one other time a previous shorter restriction several months ago). Is there anyone here that can help me or point me to a mod or customer care setup? Thanks so much in advance!
