Good call, Bungie. Really loved you nerfed warlocks and a subclass that was NEVER a problem. It only came up because you neutered warlocks during this meta. We only had chaos reach to combat stasis, instead of our stasis class. My next suggestion is to double down on Nova Warp nerfs. I think I saw two guardians today and they got a total of 0 kills with it. Better get on it, buckos. Its gonna be the new meta.

5 通の返信It definitely needed tuning, especially for round based game modes. 100 int cr warlocks were gauranteed a super every round from round 2 forward. I abused the hell out of it personally. That said they could have also given the subclass some small neutral game buffs. For example, increase the blast radius of ball lightning, or give it tracking akin to top dawn melee. Something like that.

1 返信I hate to be “ that guy” but the nerf to chaos reach was a direct result of content creators. Because chaos reach was never an issue. This whole game is “monkey see monkey do” so when creators started using it viewers saw this and more and more people started using it. So its deemed “overpowered” now. 6 yrs and this type of shit is still a thing. A lot of you are so goddam lazy to take the time to adjust/make builds you take the easy route and use youtube as your knowledge of the game. Its fućking pathetic.

9 通の返信Actually is a good call. Chaos Reach was already seeing a lot of traction in 3v3 modes and would have been meta after the stasis nerfs. People complaining about ability spam but this is actually the exact same. I hope it’s still viable and I’m glad they made the change now rather than having this be everywhere for a whole season.

3 通の返信I understand why Chaos needed a nerf, but they really should've given some minor buffs Voidwalkers and Top/Bottom Stormcallers to help make up for it. The reason why Chaos Reach spam became popular is because Bungie keeps nerfing everything else and not everyone wants to play Dawnblade 24/7. It doesn't help that there are only about 3 or 4 endgame viable Warlock exotics, while Hunters/Titans get a lot more options.
