Find attached a clip on Xbox One of items and clan failing to load correctly. This prevents seeing mods/rolls, deleting items and also glitches out the Clan Name if in orbit. Has occurred occasionally in previous Season but seems to happen multiple times a day since Chosen dropped. Only "fix" is to switch profile, close game and reopen game, which is frustrating.
