To start Beyond Light, just load into Europa, not the advertisement node for the Deluxe edition.

Hi there. Your Hunter and Warlock have both already done the first mission, "Darkness's Doorstep". Your Titan hasn't done it yet. To continue the campaign on the characters that already started, go to Variks in Charon's Crossing to get the campaign quest and access to the second mission, "The New Kell".

Then, you have already freed Variks, yes? Have you progressed his campaign? If you have BL, you will eventually be sent to speak with the Exo Stranger to begin your quest to unlock Stasis. This all takes time; it’s not instant.
