Game keeps crashing in Hellmouth
Going to the Hellmouth instantly makes my game freeze then crash, tried restarting my game 4 times but it keeps crashing regardless. Anyone else having this problem? Archers line is a known one but for me going there seems to be okay so idk.

Having the same issue, cant load into Europa on any landing zone and cant get into the new Battlegrounds activity anymore, my connection is great, my hardware is working as its supposed to so its been bothering me that I cant do certain things is this game that I need to do

3 通の返信Same here, crash with no error message, the only 2 places the game wont crash is Europa and Cosmodorme...

2 通の返信yep same issue as last week with the wrathborn hunts and various other places they did a steam patch same day and the problem went away...just sucks all these issues and connection issues as well...anybody else get a 2 week ban from gambit/crucible because of internet issues...funny...2 years without any issues and as soon as this season started..been nothing but issues...bungie?

I had issues with Jetsum then it went away as I progressed through other quests on the Moon and EDZ. Each time I progress in quest then return to another, these freezing problems seem to dissipate in one area and manifest in another. It makes me wonder if the layered programming has made a sequential list of terms before being abling to access an area. Like the minimum power-level to participate in certain strikes or lost sectors only you have to complete certain quests or missions before your account recognizes access to an area. I wish Bungie would give us more than they know about the problem and investigating it. I dumped a lot of information about my computer's error codes I get when the game froze then crashed along with my computer's specifications into these help forums as asked for by Bungie reps, without ever seeing if the data helps. I can see that the frustration is mounting for many players. Bungie, a little feedback goes a long way in customer service.

jasongc2により編集済み: 2/23/2021 4:11:23 PMJust tried the hellmouth and got the crash. Same with the jetsam and a couple spots in the edz.Been playing on pc for a while. Thinking of trying things with my ps4 to see if it makes a difference.

1 返信glad im not the only one, ive recently changed to a 5800x CPU so i thought i was having problems with that, but glad im not the only 1. Needs bug fixing.

1 返信Yep, same here and something must have changed, a variable of some sort. As was stated in this thread from someone else, traveling through the hellmouth has been a non issue, till now. So something changed to cause this. I'm not able to even run a Broodhold strike due to Jetsuum causing a crash, muchless any bounties associated with the effected zones. This issue is growing by the day....

Tried file verification with steam. Still crashes. I'm guessing its trying to load some assets but its missing causing the crash or maybe something else.
