When I got to Variks it says I do not have Beyond Light. I do have the sparrow Any Other Sky included with the deluxe version. I also have the freeze tag emote... I thought that was only for pre-ordering? I just bought Beyond Light a few days ago so there's no reason to have that emote.

  • Go into your Playstation purchase history and make sure your purchase of the Deluxe Edition shows as completed. I know you've collected the rewards, but just want to make sure the purchase didn't somehow fail or get refunded. If the purchase shows it has completed then power down your console and then unplug it from power. Leave it disconnected from power for at least 5 minutes. After 5 minutes reconnect power and try the game again. If that doesn't help, then close D2 and then go through the Playstation instructions found on this page https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071 for restoring licenses. Report back if clearing the cache and restoring licenses didn't make a difference.
