I have a Solstice Majestic Cloak from Year 2 I believe (2018?), it's sunset so I don't use it too often but that's not a big deal because transmog is around the corner. That said, I have a pretty important question. I bought with silver an ornament for that cloak that would make it glow bright when I was using my Arc Subclass. I love that effect a lot and I want to know whether or not when transmog comes around I'll be able to apply that glow to any armor that I use a transmog of that cloak on [armory]Solstice Cloak (Majestic)[/armory]
