Other weapons have no place in the sandbox until 120 HCs are nerfed. They need a damage and a range nerf.

120's are very strong, i love my igneous hammer and steady hand... do i wish it wasnt meta,,, yes! but it doesnt make other weapons not playable, like the new scout is amazing. Would rather play with no shotguns then no 120;s

But Whether we wanted it or not, we’ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let’s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta’aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

2 通の返信This really doesn't get the likes this post deserves. 120's range is ridiculous at least, and should be left a 110 IMO. Litterally everyone uses 120's now, and that is just boring. Meta's in general are boring. So uninspired.

3 通の返信No they dont. Its funny how seasons ago, 120s were not on anyone's radar, everytime and in every cycle weapons new or old become meta. Steady Hand and Prophecy are OLD. One of which is a FWC hand cannon, when's the last time anyone even visited FWC? Loot pool is small enough after sunsetting that we don't need to make it smaller by nerfing more weapons.

Damage nerf...not really....range and falloff for hand cannons is what needs to be tightened. The biggest issue when it comes to weapon balance is the maps really. Scout rifles don't need a buff, they need maps they can actually be used on. Most maps are small indoor maps with maybe 1 lane. Pulse rifles need an ever so slight range nerf so as to not over shadow scouts which they have been since vanilla.

14 通の返信I challenge HC users to put down their 120 and go play with a pulse, scout, or auto for a week and see what you think then... if the sandbox is in such a good place it shouldn’t be a problem to just switch up your loadout right? 120 range is stupid... autos need like a 1 point damage buff to feel consistently viable... same for pulses and scout needs a lot of help. I can hit 70-80% of my rounds as crits with an auto and still lose the majority of gunfights to a 120 at the autos preferred range. Got a decent messenger last weekend and was still outranged by true prophecy/steady hand when I went back into 6v6.

4 通の返信And a hit box nerf, 20-25m max range should be fine. They should have drawbacks when doing so much damage per shot... actually having to think about positioning should be a good start, lowest skill weapons and the highest reward..

1 返信Instead of crying for nerf they need to buff everything else. Make auto rifles strong, sniper shouldnt have flinch, fusion rifle, shotgun etc everything should be buffed and then ppl wont be looking for that toxic meta cause everything would be good.

5 通の返信All HCs need a range nerf , this cycle of HC metas 180,then 150s now 120s, is getting old ,I know HCs are popular but there are other weapons in this game ,D1 is still in a Pali Luna meta Why dont they look at High Impact and Precision Frame autos ,or pulses or scouts ,I love Dead Man's ,It feels so refreshing to consistently get kills with a rifle, Messenger feels good too

With no damage buff they have a fairly slow ttk. It's once you get that buff rolling it is scary. Maybe there are too many ways to get that damage buff at the moment? I agree it is annoying to constantly be two tapped. That happens more in 6v6 though cause you get orbs wayyyy easier. I'd be fine if 120 hard capped at 40-42 meters, there reallllly isn't any reason for them to go further than that. That's further than 140 so they maintain a reason to use them.

3 通の返信Easy solution without nerfing both damage and range, reduce aim assist and remove bullet magnetism on 120.

5 通の返信The meta is the best it has ever been... 120s do not need a nerf, they have good range and are forgiving but will still be destroyed by a good 140 or other weapons with good ttk if you hit your shots.
