Looking at your collection, it doesn't show you as having any of the Phenotype Plasticity ornaments unlocked, but it shows four pieces of the Virulent set unlocked, for a total of 6 universal ornaments, which is weird, to say the least. Try going [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Seasons/PreviousSeason]here[/url], and you should be able to access your season pass from this season, and last season, and claim things from last season. See if the ornaments are available to claim there, just make sure you select "Previous Season" at the top-left, and select your hunter in the middle. If they are available there, and then show up in-game, great. If not, please post links to a screenshots of that page, showing that the ornaments have been claimed, and to your in-game collection screen, showing that they aren't there, and we'll make sure to pass them along to the devs. Also, if it were me, I'd make a warlock, and claim all the previous season armor and ornaments, just to have them, on the off-chance that you might not be able to claim them after this season ends.
