Dear Support Team, I can't seem to find a way to submit a support ticket other than writing this post! I landed into EDZ with the Void Hunter to farm Dusk Shards in order to purchase the Outbreak Perfected tat required 250. I had just got 50 from the Seasonal progression and was up to 190 or so. I picker up all 3 bounties in order to obtain additional shards, 10+ each. Managed to complete 2 and after completing to Lost Sectors and farming the area I went to the Outskirts. As soon as I got down the hill on the right there was a group of adds in doorway the build. The bounty I had to complete was that of the 25 grenade kills so I wanted to throw one in the room to complete the bounty. As soon as I threw a granade the game crashed. I reloaded the game and I noticed that I had only 40 dusk shards now, instead of the nearly 210 or so that I calculate I had. I also went do to the same area in the Outskirts and threw a grenade in the doorway again, immediately to the right of the road/path coming down from Trostland, and the game crashed hard again. I'm leaving the game as it is and I'm hoping you can find the problem, but ultimately I also hoping to recover all of those lost dusk shards that took such a long time to farm. Regards, Nicholas
