Its funny to see the worst stasis subclass get bonked over and over with the nerf bat while the others get small changes.
Warlock stasis was the first to be complained about so instant nerfs happen, then when its found that the other 2 classes are much worse, small nerfs or no nerfs at all.
Then if/when they ever are nerfed, all those mains will complain about how Bungie are all warlock mains and how only titans and hunters get nerfed so badly despite all evidence for a long time now to the contrary.

Did you even see how Shadebinder released? The conplaints were completely justified. Every Shade super I saw was at least 8 kills. Titans and Hunters just need tweaks to a few small things. The Warlock just instantly froze everything on the map for all of eternity. Titans just need a 30% reduction in super duration and no freeze on cast. Hunters could do with just reducing the range of Silence (not squall) by 20%. I personally think that Glacier grenades are one of the biggest problems introduced by stasis. Being frozen mid super is pretty awful and just becomes an even better version of suppression VERY quickly.

One charge of Withering blade is not enough to freeze by itself and the tracking is not nearly as good as most of you seem to believe. You also have to be close to trigger both Gambler's Dodge and Winter's Shroud. Do you honestly have trouble killing people within that proximity before they freeze you? How often are they freezing you within that proximity instead of just killing you? My only complaints stem from inta-freezes. There is setup and time for counterplay against slow-freeze buildup.

You can kill full health players just by spamming it at the walls. It does 91 per hit and warlock melee does 20. You get 2 charges, gamblers dodge which you can do through walls, winters shroud grim harvest, wormcrutch, your high off your ass so stop talking out of it🤡

Titans also need to not be practically unkillable. And yes I saw the complaints, if the super was the issue thats fine, but everyone complained about the entire kit down to the easy to dodge melee because they gave it 0 time to figure things out. Meanwhile again, titans and hunters are worse with titans having the most broken super and hunters having the busted af shatterdive that took waaaay longer to be even looked at despite warlocks getting the INSTANT nerf. Also, given how poop the rest of the warlock kit is, I think the super is somewhat justified. The melee is easy to dodge compared to everything else and in general the subclass sucks in anything competitive. It thrives in 6v6 cause tiny maps and chaos but that's all its got. Stasis as a whole needs to be changed in PvP, the freeze is too long on all the supers, its unnecessary.
