I come to ask you to come back after the restriction that falls on my account. I play clean and don't cheat, I made a huge effort to buy the season pass and have access to the contents. I like to play private crucible matches with my son and I want to have that right. Please reconsider, not having money to pay for super broadband is not a crime.

It does not take super broad band to play the game. The game only requires 1M up and down per client, the issue usually falls in that it has to be a stable 1M up and down. No packet loss, as low as possible ping and jitter. If you and your son are on the same connection you should have at least 5M up and down, make sure your network is properly configured and minimize any other use of the net while playing to make sure the game takes priority.
Hello there!
The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction.
Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here.
[i]Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned.

I believe your internet should not impact other players but in this situation Bungie is not able to fix their own connection and stability issues. It is hypocrisy at its finest.
