As a titan main I agree that the behemoth super lasts far too long and the amount of damage resist they get is absurd.

Not to mention how mobile it is on top of all those ice blocks getting in the way and making the area that much more dangerous. Imo, it doesn't need the damage resist because of it's speed and because it keeps spawning solid objects to catch your shots.
