I used speedtest.net as well as directly through my provider's website. Before I launch the game, the testers sit at 1Gbps. After I launch the game, it fluctuates between 10-25. I used Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge and I'm getting the same results. It makes all webpages, programs and different games load much slower until I restart my PC.

Yes, and they weren't much help. That told me that it was a problem directly with the game I was trying to play. They haven't seen any changes to my speeds at all. We had a router update about a month ago, but the problem was happening before said update.
