Support Ticket Help

After not having played Destiny 2 in a fair amount of time, I decided to log back in on my Xbox One X and lo and behold I am greeted by a “banned” screen telling me that my account has been banned. The last thing I did was play a few things of strike play lists. I have not receive any kind of communication from Bungie informing me of such a ban. I very much would like to appeal this seemingly random ban so that I could continue to play the game with my friends and not lose out on so much progress, time, and money.
