Thank you for the QoL changes to weapons like Ace and Tarrabah.
Though I don't really use it, the Duality buff is nice.
Thank you for the breach loaded GL buff.
Thank you for fixing Merciless, though I don't use it. Now when do you intend to fix another weapon no one uses called Polaris Lance and how the "Perfect Fifth" kills on the catalyst still will not progress except with kills using the burn damage (not the explosion or the round itself) that the weapon doesn't even imply it has since Warmind? I'm half expecting something like that with Thorn; get kills with Mark of the Devourer, but doesn't tell you kills won't count unless you have the buff and 5 stacks of poison.
You decide after sniper usage plummets to increase flinch for them? You couldn't do that earlier? Usage is only going to plummet further, you may as well bring back Revoker or a perk like Reversal of Fortune at this rate because scouts, Arbalest, and bows are definitely going to be next on the list.
Took you long enough to buff rockets, but why nerf swords because of how weak rockets might still be? That's like nerfing grenade launchers because linear fusion rifles are so weak.
PC players will not be happy about the nerf to stability. I actually think it might have been better to increase controller stability or increase the aim assist range, especially if you decide to bring crossplay like I believe you shouldn't except in PVE.
I don't use Arbalest, but it would've made more sense to nerf it when everyone was using it back in S9. Instead, you're going to wait until after sniper usage is almost dead in PVP before addressing this? I would ask how this makes sense to you, especially if you decide it deserves a catalyst next season, but you wouldn't have an actual answer if you could be bothered to go on your own forums to respond to a couple posts a week.
Edit: Your math is still wrong regarding Dust gains being higher for players with only one character. I'm pretty sure it was something like 45-48k per season before Arrivals on all 3, not including events if you did all weekly bounties with Dust. The season pass has more Dust than before, yes, but you can't tell people they'll be getting more Dust when according to the numbers you provided, we're only getting I think 34-35k. More methods of obtaining something doesn't mean you're getting more of it.

14 通の返信Polaris' catalyst isn't bugged, it has always been kills with the burn, not the explosion, or the 5th bullet itself. We don't really have a reliable farm like Leviathan, so good luck completing it in one of the few farm areas we have left

The MnK stability nerf is better than controller buff. If controller got more stability it would be a laser with aim assist. The stability stat has to matter for MnK players too. The aim assist stat still matters for controller.

13 通の返信About swords, they needed a nerf. Why do you think taniks floats and pushes people away? Why does kell echo teleport during damage phases? Its because swords are so insane that the bosses cannot be swordable or only swords will ever be used on them.

I would be giving Truthteller another go after the Buff. Being using Deafening Whisper over it because of it’s easier of use (and the meaty combo if AA/Wellspring) but the buff Breach Grenade Launcher is getting for exploding on Direct Hit on enemies would make it more familiar to Mountaintop but not as easy still because of the Bounce on surfaces.

1 返信Swords aren't getting nerfed because rockets are weak, swords are getting nerfed because they're strong, arguably the best power weapons in the game right now. PC recoil was increased to close the gap for crossplay and also to make PC players actually care about the stability stat on their guns. Decreasing recoil on console would just make the stability stat irrelevant for everyone. Arbalest has seen a resurgence on console (probably due to the sniper changes) so it makes sense to take a look at it again now. The only reason why people were using it in S9 was because of the Komodo quest. Usage of it dropped off pretty hard after the majority of people got the quest finished.

They are going to tune PC so it actually matters, sounds reasonable.
Edit: Your math is still wrong regarding Dust gains being higher for players with only one character.
Wrong. When comparing BD between Seasons 11 and 13, gains for anyone with a single character will be increased. If you did all available Weekly Bounties on a single character, you got 18,300 BD, in Season 13, that will go up to 25,180 BD. If you have 2 characters, you will get more BD unless yu are doing all bounties on all characters every single week. If you do 2/3 core activities every week, it goes up from 23,500 to 26,740. If you do 3/3 core activities every week, it goes down from 33,900 to 29,860. If you have 3 characters and play on all 3 characters every week, the break even point is just above 1.5 core activities per character per week, meaning doing half of all available bounties will yield a net positive for Bright Dust. In all, this system is much less tedious and allows for players to get large amounts of Bright Dust for less tedious work. The only people negatively affected are those that grinded Weekly Bounties on all characters for all activities every single week, which is the vast vast minority. Most of the people who complain about the change are ones that rarely do weekly bounties anyway, the irony is they are getting significantly more BD now.

4 通の返信I’m glad they’ve finally fixed the Merciless bug that’s been there for *checks watch* what, 3 years now?

Currently if you do all weekly bounties a week for one character this season, you’ll earn the same amount that could be earned last season when doing the same. Next season you will be able to earn considerably more with one character.

You can really see it, Bungo constantly highlighting how they "increase" bright dust which in fact they actually reducing it to incentives us paying for silver. Instead, you know creating loot incentives activities by improving core activities.... but hey, f&*^*ng details.
