0/54 here. and other than my friend who got it on his 40th clear or so (2 MONTHS AGO) I have not seen it drop once for anyone since then. I run via LFG every week with people that have 30+ looted clears and with 3 full raids every week (plus more to help some others) i haven't seen it drop one time for anyone. it's 100% broken. even if i don't get it, i would have assumed i would at least see some others get it. nothing.
