To the ones who recently made the mistake of jumping into this game and enjoying it, would find Xur as the exotic weapon and armor dealer useful.

Xur got stale in Destiny 1 when they took away 3 of coins ( the ones that actually work) and our ability to level up big time via exotic engrams.
