Hi there!
You can view your season pass level on the Seasons tab in the Director.
In regards to the titles, you can unlock titles by completing Seals, visible on the Triumphs tab.

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean by this. Season pass levels will appear on the left side of other players' names when you see them across the galaxy. You can view your own in the Season tab when you open the Director on the left side of that screen.
