Help ! - Cannot play Destiny 2 expansion set after purchasing legendary edition via Steam

Hi everyone, after purchasing destiny 2 legendary edition via steam, I cannot seem to launch any of the expansion set (ex: Forsaken, Shadowkeep, Beyond Light) via steam. It kept pointing me to my existing destiny 2 free to play and once I navigate to Beyond Light destination selection via destiny 2 settings, steam will ask me to buy the Beyond Light expansion set. I did a check on both Bungie.Net license and the steam account license. Bungie.Net server doesn't show any of the purchased expansion set ex: Forsaken, Shadowkeep, Beyond Light) but steam acct does show up. Does anyone know how to fix this issue as I think once I launch destiny 2 app it will pull the license from Bungie.Net rather than from Steam server acct ? Appreciate you guys help.
