I want to cross save my PlayStation account that I don’t have access nomore to my new psn account?
Recently I have no access to my psn account but on the companion app I still see all my stuff still there. I wanted to know with out being able to sign in to the PlayStation account can I still retrieve my destiny 2 account to cross save to my new psn account.

Allo there, In order to change accounts you first need to disable cross save which requires authenticating all linked accounts. If you don't have access to an account then youd need to work with the platform support to recover the account.
