The TWAB is concerning
After looking at the twab I'm even more frustrated. Bungie who hurt you and why are you taking it out on the game.
Sunsetting is a failure because to much gear was sunset so instead of undoing it or undoing it on some still obtainable gear on the Moon and DC gear you reissue 8 total weapons which we already have good rolls of in our vault. This is so incredibly stupid because the only thing causing power creep was pinnacle weapons which could've easily been sunset and turned into exotics. On top of that the one good thing from poh you take away. Why take away the masterworked gear? It gave people a farm for enhancement cores and prisims which were much needed since our armor gets sunset.
Tokens being destroyed is also a disrespect to anyone that has an abundance of them rather than allowing us to turn them in for upgrade mats, or giving us new gear worth turning tokens in for.
Pvp is still in a bad spot hunters may be balanced after this nerf but as always you're hesitant to fix titans their super is blatantly too strong. We also need new maps as well.
All this twab did was make me more concerned about the future of the game rather than assured.

If the resources arent there, they arent there. D3 will never happen because they cant afford to put it together. I think Bungie is just trying to hold out for another major game developer to buy them out so they can either overall destiny or move on to a different title. I think sunsetting was something they didnt want to do, but had to think of a cheap way to reinvent the game to keep it interesting. Granted, for a veteran player, we see this for what it is. For new players, they see a new task to stay with the game.

Man the state of this game is really disappointing. Going from D1 Alpha days to today. I have been with this game even in the worst of times but this... This is a true low point man. I have been involved in a 8,000 member discord and clan and have met some of my closest gaming friends in this game but I just can't do it anymore. I have no desire or inspiration to keep going. Everything has a timer. We are losing more than we are getting. Reissues are considered content.... This is a disaster. This is an absolute disaster. Friday night is usually the heaviest night of traffic for our discord and clans and yet we just tried to find something else to do last night. I have put more time in to D1 and recently sea of thieves just to do something else because the time myself and others invest in this game just feels absolutely insulted right now. This is a mess. I don't like to be the Destiny hater and be toxic and demand a lot from Bungie but this is HORRIBLE. Sunsetting CAN work but the execution of this system can't get any worse IMO. Well maybe it can and that's the real scary part.

6 通の返信I’ve gotten some god roll armor for turning in tokens. Also, people hate tokens. Removing that system is great considering the new one looks so much better

14 通の返信It was always going to be this way. All those pro SUNSETTING people lied. There not any new gear. There never was power creep. They could've just killed a few key weapons... but this, re-earning old weapons again and again, this is content baby!

1 返信The more and more I see reissues the more I feel like there is an internal decision making war going on in the studio and after some heated meetings and finger pointing, reissues happen. It's so odd to see this much flip flopping.

It is as if they said, we have finished with the game and you can all leave until we take out our next garbage based on for honor but with Fortnite graphics, so this year we are going to see more and more abuses

Well, one thing is for sure. it wasn't the developers that create the content in this game. it is literally everyone above them that is the problem with this entire game. Think about this for a moment. How much help is a mobile game company that is a board menber now that is all about microtransaction going to help this game? I'd love to see how much "passion, motivation, inspiration, etc..." they are going to put into this game versus somone like Marty O'doonal that actually gave a shit about the player base and the game? It seems anyone that gave a shit about the game doesn't work for the company anymore. The lead sandbox left a little while back, Deej left like 5 months ago I think?, who's left?
