[b][u]Issue:[/u] [/b] Unable to unlink a Blizzard account so that I can enable cross-save without migrating BNet data. [b][u]Context:[/u][/b] While trying to enable cross-save for XBOX - PC, it prompts me to either migrate my Blizzard data or unlink the account. When I go to unlink the account, there is no Blizzard/BNet account option on my Accounts & Linking tab to modify. The BNet -> Steam migration tool is offline since I'm attempting this after the Dec 1 2020 shutoff (although it just says it's "Down temporarily for maintenance"). [b][u]Boring Details:[/u][/b] I started D2 on BNet, but moved to XBOX for Forsaken. Both accounts were linked. When D2 moved to Steam, I didn't do the move since I no longer cared about my BNet characters. I've since revamped my PC and would like to enable cross-save between XBOX and PC to bring my XBOX data over. Thanks in advance. UPDATE: after filling out the form linked in the replies, Bungie Support unlinked my Blizzard account and I was able to successfully enable cross-play. Thanks for the help, folks!
