I have 2 guardian (hunter and titan). when beyond light and new system start, i can take xeno quest from xur successfully and when i complete i received my first cipher. in the beginning of december, i take that quest on my titan, when progress 4/21 i discard it then it disappear. i double check everythings in my hunter and titan. there is no xeno quest in quest menu, quest archive, podmaster, xur, etc. also there is no exotic cipher in inventory or podmaster, etc. this week i checked 4th time and still no quest or cipher. i want my anarchy, i have money, i have spoils Bungie. please explain what do you want for the cipher.......
