Today I went to get my exotics from xur. I had xenology completed and ready to turn in, and another exotic cipher in my inventory. I purchased my exotic with the cipher I had, but when I went to get the next cipher from xur it didn't show up. The quest is not in my quest tab anymore. I didn't get the cipher from xur. Postmaster is empty Deleted quests is empty Tried going to another character to see if xur would give that one the quest and he did not. I cannot get the quest anymore. Nor do I have a cipher.
