Just finished PoH for my third time this season, flawless, and I didn't get the triumph. My teammate died, and we both started from orbit. I also solo flawlessed normally and with the now removed cp bug, and it at thte time only gave the solo and solo flawless triumphs. This is the second to last triumph I need for the seal, would be a shame if this is never fixed. Does my entire fireteam need to live or is it truly bugged?
