Since Beyond Light came out, there has been an increased amount of bugs in Last Wish, but there is a bug that quite literally breaks the raid. I don't know what causes it, but almost every time we do the raid one of the 3 phases in Vault softlocks. You can tell it's happening because you end a vault phase and the next one starts, but no adds spawn and it won't let you progress. It happens more often than not, and we're lucky if we actually get past all 3 vault phases. I provided a youtube link demonstrating what happens when it softlocks us - but it happens to us all the time and it's really, really bad. It also would suck to do a Petra's Run attempt and have vault lock you out of the rest of the raid.
