I recenly came to a better understanding of why an armor's element matters. Unfortunately, I have all level 9 gear. I understand that I should have decided this long ago. I have found sites that list mods, show details, etc., but nothing that helps guide me down a path I have in mind, because it feels like there are so many varliables. I like to map out what I want to do before I do it as well. Is there a method, tool, etc. that you have used that you could share? If not, am I simply better off googling a particular build and following a build guide? Also should I plan on having more than one set of armor (or specific parts) to pair with PvE or PvP activities? The simple question...does everyone end up with 3 pieces of each armor type?
